Legal
Terms of Use
Effective 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the LeMarket website and services. LeMarket is a brand of OzSec Pty Ltd (we, us or our). By creating an account, buying a membership or using LeMarket, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use LeMarket
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. If you use LeMarket for a company, trust, club or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.
3. Accounts and security
Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable care. One person must not access another person's private collection without permission.
4. What the service does
LeMarket helps you record vehicles and other assets, organise ownership and cost information, store supporting material, view market information and plan possible sales. Some functions are labelled sample, estimate, draft, simulated or not yet on-chain. Those labels form part of the service and must not be removed or treated as proof of a real transaction.
5. Market information and reports
Market estimates, charts, sentiment, comparisons and AI-assisted reports are informational only. They may rely on incomplete, delayed, third-party or user-supplied data. They are not a valuation, appraisal, offer, guarantee of sale price, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Check important decisions with an appropriately qualified adviser and inspect the asset and source material yourself.
6. Ownership, title and simulated workflows
A LeMarket record does not prove legal title, authenticity, condition, custody, finance status or authority to sell. Unless we expressly launch and describe a regulated service in separate terms, LeMarket does not hold money, provide escrow, transfer legal title, settle a sale, register an interest, or write records to a blockchain. Fractional ownership screens record the parties' stated arrangement only and do not create, market or trade a financial product. Collector pets are digital account features, not financial products or transferable on-chain tokens.
7. Your records and uploads
You keep ownership of information and material you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service in line with our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload it and must not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential third-party or infringing material. Do not upload original documents you cannot replace.
8. Membership, billing and cancellation
Where paid membership is offered, the displayed price is A$30 per month including GST unless checkout states otherwise. Billing is recurring and handled by Stripe. You can cancel through the membership billing controls; cancellation normally stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable merely because you change your mind or do not use the service. Any trial duration and conversion date shown at sign-up apply to that offer.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape private areas, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, impersonate anyone, submit false ownership claims, or use LeMarket to facilitate fraud, unlawful financial activity or infringement. Public pages may be indexed normally, but bulk reuse requires our written permission unless the law permits it.
10. Our content and third-party services
LeMarket's software, branding, page design and original editorial material belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended personal or internal business purpose, but may not copy or resell it as a competing dataset or service. Links, market sources, payment services and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for their content or acts, but this does not limit rights you have against us under law.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LeMarket available and records protected, but no online service is uninterrupted or risk-free. We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may correct data or calculations. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that disadvantage paid members where practicable. You should retain your own copies of important records.
12. Suspension and closure
We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful conduct, serious or repeated breach, non-payment, or harm to the service or another person. We will act reasonably and, where appropriate, give notice and an opportunity to respond. You may stop using LeMarket at any time and may request account deletion under our Privacy Policy.
13. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, market movement, or decisions made from an estimate, simulation or third-party source. Where the law allows us to limit a remedy for a service failure, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes to account holders. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel before renewal and stop using the service.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law. Please contact support.tachofi@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
