Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026

● Your private collection is not a public listing. This policy explains the limited situations in which information is processed or disclosed.

1. Who we are

LeMarket is a brand of OzSec Pty Ltd (we, us or our). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use LeMarket or contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect account and sign-in information; communications with us; vehicles, chassis identifiers and other assets you add; ownership, acquisition, cost, value and sale-planning records; documents and photos you upload; membership and billing status; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, session, request and error data. Stripe handles payment-card details; we receive billing identifiers and subscription status, not your full card number.

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the service, from payment and sign-in providers, and from public, licensed or attributed market sources. If you give us information about another person, you must be authorised to do so and should tell them about this policy where appropriate.

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to create and protect accounts; provide your private portfolio and dossier; calculate user-requested cost and position figures; supply memberships and market reports; provide support; prevent misuse; diagnose errors; meet legal obligations; and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use private portfolio records for third-party advertising.

5. AI-assisted features

Some clearly labelled reports or summaries use artificial intelligence. When you request one, relevant vehicle or brief information may be sent to our contracted AI service provider to produce the output. AI output can be wrong and is not verified market evidence or professional advice. We do not intentionally send private dossier files to an AI service unless the feature tells you before you use it.

6. Who receives information

We disclose only what is reasonably needed to providers that host and secure the service, store private files, authenticate users, process payments, deliver AI-assisted features, monitor reliability or help us meet legal duties. We may also disclose information with your direction, during a genuine business sale or restructure subject to appropriate confidentiality, or where required or authorised by law. Service providers may process data in Australia or overseas; privacy protections and legal access rights can differ by country.

7. Private and public data

Member portfolio records, chassis identifiers, documents and account figures are access-controlled and are not deliberately published. Public model pages use separate public, licensed, attributed or de-identified market information. We may create statistical or aggregate insights only after taking reasonable steps to prevent them identifying a person. We do not claim that any internet service can guarantee absolute confidentiality.

8. Security and data breaches

We use account-based access controls, private file storage, encryption in transit and other reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. You should use a secure sign-in method and keep your own copies of important records. If an eligible data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will investigate and notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only while reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting or legal requirements. Backups and required transaction records may remain for a limited period after account deletion. We securely delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed and the law allows.

10. Access and correction

You can view and edit many records in your account. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete personal information by emailing us. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. We may refuse or limit a request where the law permits and will explain why.

11. Complaints

Email us with the subject “Privacy complaint”, describe the issue and include a safe way to contact you. We will acknowledge and investigate the complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

12. Contact

For privacy requests, corrections, deletion or complaints, email support.tachofi@gmail.com. Please do not email identity documents or sensitive dossier files unless we ask for them through a secure method.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes to account holders where appropriate.
